Inspector Cyrzych’s primary role is the collection and analysis of inspection scene evidence. Back at the lab, Lydia finds herself surrounded by an array of important-seeming machines that blink, beep and buzz with forensic urgency.

Science provides nothing this brilliant bombshell can’t master, unless it involves pronouncing polysyllabic chemicals. Alas, poor Lydia even struggles to articulate her own surname.* Hoping to overcome the idiom of her tongue twisting trade, Lydia often attempts to say ethylmethylnitrosamine as fast as possible, repeatedly.

Most impressive of all, Inspector Cyrzych manages to wear her lab coat in spite of it being two sizes too small.
